Glenn Sparkman makes Major League debut

Ganado native Glenn Sparkman made his major league debut on Friday night, pitching two-thirds of an inning in a 13 inning Toronto Blue Jays loss to the Boston Red Sox. Sparkman gave up one hit and issued a walk but got two outs and escaped the inning without giving up any runs.
