Raymond Anthony Martinez

    Raymond Anthony Martinez, 63, of Danbury went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 19, 2018.     He was born to Pedro & Odelia Martinez in Ganado, on Sept. 15, 1955.  He retired from BASF after working 30 years. He was a one of a kind father, grandfather, son, and friend. He loved music and had no trouble bonding with anyone through his jams. He was a lover of sports and the #1 Dallas Cowboy fan, hands down. Raymond was a beautiful soul, always inspiring happiness or hope with his very contagious laugh and smile.     Raymond is survived by his mother Odelia P. Martinez; son Gilbert Morales and wife Gloria; daughters Maurita Martinez and Roxy Martinez; brothers Kenny Martinez and wife Isabelle, Joe Martinez and wife Diane, and Randy Martinez; sisters Odelia Martinez, Delores Innabiu and husband Imad, and Erica Barnes and husband Raymorris; and 5 grandchildren, as well as numerous other family and friends.     He was preceded in death by his father Pete Z.
