Daniel Webel

Daniel Frederick Webel, 80, of Victoria, died Thursday, March 2, 2017 in San Antonio from complications of Alzheimer’s/Dementia and congestive heart failure. He was born Feb. 11, 1937 in San Antonio. Dan worked for 35 years in the petroleum industry. He is survived by a sister, Louise Selma Wiese of Victoria; daughter, Lydia Marie Andreas of Schertz; son, David Lyn Webel of Edna; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Mr. Webel was honored in a private family ceremony on March 11 in Edna. The family requests memorial donations be made to The Alzheimer’s Association, The American Heart Association or Gulf Bend Center, 6502 Nursery Dr., Suite 100, Victoria, TX 77904.
