Industrial board chooses its next superintendent

After a long search, Industrial ISD’s Board of Trustees has chosen a single finalist for the superintendent position, which is to be vacated by Tony Williams, who announced his retirement in December.

Paul Darilek of Stockdale ISD will be stepping into the shoes Williams has worn since 2006.

Williams, who has been an educator for 37 years, joined the Industrial ISD team in 1996 as principal, a role he was in for a decade before becoming superintendent.
