Two candidates are asking Edna residents to vote for them in the upcoming election. Incumbent Lance Smiga and challenger Mike Dodds are both seeking the position of Mayor of Edna. Political party affiliation is not a factor in any city election. Any resident of Edna who is registered to vote can vote for the cities next mayor.
Early voting begins on Monday, April 24, and continues through Tuesday, May 2. Election Day is Saturday, May 6.
