Julian Gutierrez

Julian Scott Gutierrez, 49, of Ganado, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2024.  He was born on December17, 1974 in Ganado, Texas. Julian was a professional truck driver for Inteplast; not only was trucking his career, but it was also his passion too.  He was a truck driver for Inteplast for more than 9 years and an overall trucker for over 20 years.  Julian was very family oriented and would greet anyone with open arms and a smile. He loved to take spur of the moment trips with his loved ones, going to rodeos and driving down to San Juan to visit The Basilica of Our Lady San Juan Del Valle to enjoy their service and mariachi band. His biggest dream was to retire and move to Monterey, California.  For the ones who knew Julian know he was an awesome brother, great uncle, awesome cousin and above everything a Great Friend. He was a person who enjoyed the simple things in life like a sunrise and sunset.  Simplicity is how he truly enjoyed his life!  Julian is survived by his grandmother Clara Gutierrez, brothers John Robert Gutierrez, Mark Anthony Gutierrez, and Martin Julian Gutierrez, and sister-in-law Yolanda Gutierrez.  He is preceded in death by sister Marcclina Gutierrez, grandfather Manuel Gutierrez, Sr., sister-in-law Rebecca Hahn Gutierrez, aunts Dora Gutierrez and Felipa Gutierrez and uncle Andrew Charles Gutierrez.  Visitation for Julian will be Tuesday April 16, 2024 at Ganado Funeral Home Chapel from 5pm-7pm with a rosary being recited at 6pm.  Funeral mass will be Wednesday April 17, 2024 at 10am at Assumption Catholic Church in Ganado, Texas with Father Greg Korenek officiating.  Interment to follow at Assumption Catholic Cemetery.  Pallbearers are John Robert Gutierrez, Mark Anthony Gutierrez, Martin Julian Gutierrez, Corbin Reid Gutierrez, Caleb Gutierrez, Chris Gutierrez, David Gutierrez, and Daylon Gutierrez. Honorary pallbearers are Alysia Gutierrez, Danyel Jaynes, Ashton Edwards, Kinsley Edwards, Marcie Gutierrez, and Bethany Gutierrez.  Funeral services are entrusted to the Todish Family of Ganado Funeral Home.
