Cobras hold Bulldogs but fall short of win

For nearly three quarters, Industrial gave the Yoakum Bulldogs all they could handle, but Yoakum took the lead near the end of the third quarter and eventually won 22 to 8.
Yoakum entered the game as the number 10 ranked team in 3A-D1 but the Cobras weren’t deterred by the rankings.
The defense was great on both sides, but Yoakum was able to score and took a 7-0 lead into the half. A few plays after the second half got going, Reese Mikulec scored for Industrial. Because it had been a defensive game, Industrial decided to go for two. Derrick Cann got in and Industrial took a 8-7 lead.
