The services for Billy Ray are scheduled as follows: A viewing and signing of the register book will be held on Friday, November 7, 2025, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Visitation is set for Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., at Gideon Baptist Church, located at 627 County Road 3171 in Edna, Texas. The funeral service will commence at 11 a.m. on Saturday at the same location, with interment to follow at Arenosa Cemetery in Edna, Texas. Reverend Walter L.
