Darlene Brooks, 65, passed away on February 22, 2022. She was born September 7, 1956, in Edna, TX to the late Kenneth Brooks Jr. and Nancy Brigham Brooks (Callis).
To cherish her memory she leaves one sister, Deloris Brooks, two brothers, James Callis and Lester Callis, and a host of numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, March 4, 2022, at Cook-Butler Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 5, 2022, at Shiloh Baptist Church with burial to follow at Sayles Cemetery. Final arrangements entrusted to Cook-Butler Funeral Home 361-782-3821.
