An 18-wheeler slowed traffic and blocked an on-ramp to Highway 59 on Thursday, May 22. Just after 10 a.m. Fire and EMS personnel were called to the northbound lane of Highway 59 at the 530 overpass for an overturned 18 wheeler. No serious injuries were reported.
