After splitting the two games this week with Tidehaven, Industrial finds itself tied for second place, with two district games left in the season-but they are not assured of a playoff spot yet.
Hallettsville (12-0) has already locked up the district crown and will finish the season with two games against the Cobras (8-4).
Columbus (8-4), Tidehaven (7-5), Yoakum (6-5), and Palacios (5-7) are all still in the running for the final three playoff spots, however, Industrial can lock up a spot with one win over Hallettsville or a Yoakum loss. And with Columbus and Tidehaven finishing the season with two games against each other, one of them will finish the season with at least 6 losses, leaving the Cobras, at worst, with a tie for the final playoff spot.
Tidehaven and Palacios finish the season with two games, and Edna and Rice (both have been eliminated from the playoffs) will finish the season with two games.
The Ganado Indians will have finished the district season on Tuesday, April 22 against Bloomington. The Indians have locked up a playoff spot.
