The Edna Junior High girls track team broke several records this year.
Pictured are team members with the following events/records: 4x200 relay - Myra Hardaway, Brylee Holmes, Laiya Hernandez, Kerrigan Rodas. They ran a 1:55.25 (record was standing since 1988).
4x400 relay - Laiya Hernandez, Kora Koop, Paislea Longoria, Kerrigan Rodas.
They ran a 4:29.79 (record was standing since 1995) On right is 8th grade with the following events/ records: 4x200 relay - Rihanna Woods, Ava Collins, Laniya Fields, Antasia Hines. They ran a 1:53.90 (record was standing since 1988) Triple Jump - Rihanna Woods jumped 34’3” (record was held since 1992)
