Ganado High School softball standouts Saylor Bures and Kalyn Benavides were selected to the 2026 Texas Girls Coaches Association Class 1A-4A Blue All-Star Team, an individual honor recognizing two of the state’s top senior players. The selections come after the Maidens captured the UIL Class 2A Division I state championship, with Bures starring in the circle and Benavides providing a steady presence behind the plate and in the lineup throughout the championship season.
