Maidens (30-2-1) and Groveton Lady Indians (30-8-2) Texas High School Coaches Association rank: Ganado 1, Groveton 2 Points for: Ganado 341, Groveton 261 Points against: Ganado 45, Groveton 85 Last year Groveton was knocked out in the Bi-District round. This year is the first year the Lady Indians have advanced beyond the Regional Semi-Final round. Groveton has a 12 game winning streak going.
The Maidens are looking to get back to the State Championship game. They’re the only team returning to the Semi-Finals from last year.
Ganado has a 17 game win streak going.
Cisco (26-7-2) and Bosqueville (28-8-1) THSCA rank: Cisco 3, Bosqueville 4 Runs for: Cisco 332, Bosqueville 318 Runs against: Cisco 163, Bosqueville 85 Cisco pulled off the upset over #2 Floydada last week. Floydada had a record-setting offense, but Cisco set them down and moved on to the final four.
Cisco had never made it beyond the Regional Championship before this season.
Bosqueville advanced to the State Semi-Finals for the first time since 2015. They won a State championship in 2007 and have made it to State four times.
