Back-to-Back bombs propelled Maidens to final four

Back-to-back fifth-inning home runs from Ganado Maidens Rhylee Green and Michaela Estrada gave the Maidens a commanding lead in the Regional Semi-Final playoffs against Thorndale.

In total, the Maidens picked up 13 hits in the 9-1 win that sent them to their second State Semi-Finals.

Leadoff hitter Laci Holt set the tone for the Maidens all night with three hits, and three steals but Ganado held a slim 3-0 lead as they moved into the fifth inning.
