Cobras, Maidens lifters head to State
The Industrial Cobras girls powerlifting team brought home their third straight Regional championship. Miley Alaniz racked up the individual awards, winning Outstanding Light Platform Squat, Outstanding Light Platform Bench, Outstanding Light Platform Deadlift, and Outstanding Light Platform Lifter of the Regional meet.
Ganado Maiden Liliana Briones also won an individual award, taking home the Outstanding Lifter in Bench at the
2A meet.
Cowgirl Mercedes Robinson won the Outstanding Lifter in Deadlift on the Heavyweight platform.
