The Texans Art Council’s monthly Creative Circle, in which local artists share their creations, met on Thursday, January 29 at Venue 33 on Lake Texana. The creative circle is organized by local singer/songwriter Jack Motley, in partnership with the Arts Council, and is open to artists of all kinds.
