As we begin a new year, the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture is excited to welcome fresh opportunities, new goals, and continued growth within our community. January is a time for reflection and planning, and we look forward to working alongside our members to support local businesses, strengthen partnerships, and promote economic development throughout the county.

The Chamber will award up to $1,500 in Economic Development Grants to support local Chamber business growth and community development. Applications are available online or may be picked up at the Chamber office.
Completed applications must be received by noon on Friday, January 30, 2026. No late applications will be accepted. Applications may be submitted by mail, email to [email protected], or delivered in person to the Chamber office at 116 W. Cypress St. in Edna.
Registration for the 16th Annual Best of Texas Big Buck & Big Hog Contest has closed.
However, entries for 8.1 Best Wildlife Scene and 8.2 Best Game Camera Photo may still be submitted at any official contest site or at the Chamber office through January 18, 2026. All contestants will receive one FREE banquet ticket. Additional tickets may be purchased at the Chamber office or at the banquet. Gun Raffle tickets are now available for purchase at $20 each or 6 for $100. Prizes include a TPWD Lifetime Hunting License, Remington 12 Gauge, Savage Axis .308 Win, CVA .410 Shotgun, Ruger 10/22 Yote Camo, EAA 12 Gauge Shotgun, Heritage Barkeep .22LR Revolver, and a Byrna SD Launcher (donated by Double R Firearms).
