The Lavaca-Navidad River Authority recently named Marsha Hernandez as their 2025 Outstanding Employee of the Year.
Announcement of Hernandez as recipient of the honor was made at LNRA’s Annual Christmas Party. Hernandez is a Custodian of LNRA and has been a dedicated employee for 13 years.
LNRA presents the award on an annual basis to an employee or employees who apply outstanding qualities in the areas of motivation, dedication, and innovation, and consistently performs above and beyond expectations. It is an honor well deserved by Hernandez.
LNRA also presented service awards to employees with: 30 Years of Service: Cynthia Alvarez 25 Years of Service: William Alex, Robert Braunholz, Jennifer Martin 20 Years of Service: Kenneth Fojtik 10 Years of Service: Jill Crenshaw 5 Years of service: Jared Darilek, Miles Harrison, Zachary Johnson, Keith McFadden, Brandon Whittley.
