In the inspection reports, each violation in the Priority items 120 is 3 demerits, Priority Foundation items 21-33 are 2 demerits and Core items are 1 demerit. Zero is a perfect score, while 100 demerits is the worst possible score.

China Wok, 302 W. Main, Edna. Demerits: 18. Improper cold hold, need time and temp log, cover items in walk in cooler, must wear gloves when handling RTE foods, must wash hands at hand sink, seal all wood, all light bulbs need a sleeve, seal all cracks, buy bulb for storage.
