On Friday October 24, the Wounded Warriors will again pass through Jackson County on their way to Port O’Connor for a weekend of fishing and relaxation. The caravan will pause in Ganado at approximately 1 P. M. in front of Brookshire Brothers grocery on Loop 522 for a meet and greet with members of the American Legion Post 346 and then proceed to Edna at approximately 1:30 for a drive through on Main Street.
Everyone is asked to welcome the caravan as they pass through Ganado and Edna by waving their flags, banners, posters and just waving to them.
Ganado and Edna have had tremendous feedback from the Warriors for their welcome and turnout to greet them as they pass through. Let’s do it again this year.
