A Healthy Connections Workshop will be held from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. at Venue 33 on Lake Texana at 170 FM 1593. Panelist will be available to take questions regarding HRT, IV hydration, weight management, supplements, physical fitness, and other healthy alternative therapies.
