The Texas Master Gardener group is hosting their 2025 fall plant sale on Saturday, September 20, from 8 to 11 a.m. at the Jackson County Services Building.
Not only that, the annual fruit and citrus tree sale has been going on since September 1, and will run until September 20.
All orders may be placed at the Extension Office, located at 411 N. Wells, Room 111. Or one can call 361-782-3312. Payment can be by cash or check, and is due when the order is placed.
The proceeds from the fall plant sale and the fruit and citrus tree sale go towards college scholarships for careers in horticulture or agriculture and towards the maintenance of the Texas Educational Gardens.
The deadline to order is September 20, and the pick-up date is Friday, September 26 in the JC Services Building parking lot from 5 to 6 p.m.
