The following are the new Ganado teachers for the 2025-26 school year in alphabetical order.
David Brito, of Ganado, received his education from Victoria College with an associate’s degree in science. He will be the elementary physical exercise coach.
Brooke Burkhalter, of Humble, received a bachelor of science in animal science from Sam Houston State University. She will be teaching geometry at the high school level and financial math at the secondary campus.
Madison De Los Santos, of Louise, earned a bachelor of science from the University of Houston at Victoria. This is her first year of teaching, and she will be the sixth through eighth grade art teacher.
Ricci Garcia, of El Campo, earned her bachelors degree of Lamar University, and will be the elementary paraprofessional.
Julie Garza, of Garwood, received an associate’s degree at Wharton County Junior College first generation in elementary education, and from the University of Houston at Victoria, a first generation masters in school counseling at Lamar University.
She will be the school counselor for the elementary school.
Tiffany Gonzales, of Ganado, was a Ganado ISD substitute teachers, and will be the PE aide for the elementary school.
Shauna Hazlewood, of Bryan, received a bachelors of science and athletic trainer certified. She’s taught for 22 years, and the last two years at Tidehaven. She will be teaching high school principles of health science and medical terminology, and will be the assistant volleyball coach.
Ruben Anthony Jimenez, of Houston, will be working in the cafeteria.
Krystle Knebel, of Ganado, graduated from GHS and earned her bachelors in interdisciplinary studies at the University of Houston at Victoria. She was teaching third grade social studies for three years at Edna Primary, and will be teaching junior high electives for seventh and eighth grade.
Danni Kyttle, of Ganado, is currently studying to be a teacher at Wharton County Junior College.
She will be the elementary math paraprofessional.
Nelia Price, of Lolita, will be a custodian for the 2025-26 school year.
Monica Rodriguez, from Ganado, will work in the cafeteria for the new school year.
Madison Sample, from Ganado, graduated from GHS and earned a bachelors degree in business marketing from the University of Houston at Victoria and an alternative teaching certification through Teachworthy. This is her first year teaching at Ganado Elementary, first grade, science and social studies.
Alyson Saucedo, of El Campo, graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University. She was a paraprofessional at Myatt Elementary for four years, and will be teaching kindergarten at the elementary school.
Holly Schroedter, of Stafford, received her bachelor of arts in English from Texas A&M. For six years she was the pre-kindergarten teacher for the Edna Primary School. She will be teaching kindergarten.
Ryan Smith, from Rosenberg, earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science in kinesiology. Smith will be a teacher and coach at GHS for tenth and twelfth grade, world history and government economics.
Sean Smith, from Rosenberg, earned a bachelors from Oklahoma Panhandle State in animal science, and a masters from Sul Ross State in sports administration. Smith taught at George West High School as their PE teacher for a year, and will be a teacher and coach, U.S.
History and world geography.
Jamie Sulak, from Ganado, graduated from Edna High School and received an associates degree from Wharton County Junior College. She spent 12 years teaching preschool children at Kiddy Kampus Playschool in Ganado. She will be a paraprofessional for the elementary school.
Terri Sulak, from Louise, graduated from El Campo and Sam Houston State. Sulak was the elementary music teacher at Louise ISD for two years, has been teaching overall for 11 years, and will teach music and art for kindergarten through fifth grade.

Alexis Vickery, from Edna, earned a bachelors of science in interdisciplinary studies. She taught sixth grade science at Howell Middle School, and will be teaching fifth grade science and social studies.
Tiffany Wampler, from Richmond, will be working in the cafeteria for the 2025-26 school year.
