Edna FEMA center to close

FEMA’s Disaster Recovery Center in Edna will close permanently on Friday, Sept. 29 at 6 p.m. Individuals needing assistance can still register for assistance at another county’s DRC or on line at disasterassistance.gov or call 1-800-621-FEMA.
Hours at the Recovery Center are M-F from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. The FEMA Disaster Recovery Center is located at the Edna High School stadium.
FEMA has distributed $546,413.78 to individuals and households in Jackson County since Hurricane Harvey.
